Through language, somatics, nervous system tools, clearing traumatic imprints, cleaning up relationships and learning to stay consistent with taking the right action, you’ll lead with the heart and show up in integrity and honor.
We will create a strong foundation through weekly or bi-weekly calls over Zoom, with assignments, practical tools, somatic therapy and so much more.
